Coe Estate Oyster Bay, NY

The landscape design of the 353 acre L.I. Gold Coast estate was begun in 1904 by James Leal Greenleaf.  
After purchasing the property in 1913, William Robertson Coe hired landscape designers Guy Lowell and A. Robeson Sargent and later the Olmstead Brothers to create the vast property today known as The Planting Fields.
